The granting or refusal of a motion to change the place of trial is a matter left to the sound discretion of the trial court, and in the absence of a showing of abuse of that discretion its order will not be disturbed on review. Hopkins v. People, 89 Colo. 296, 298, 1 P.2d 937. After a consideration of all the applicable evidence, we conclude that the court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion in the instant case.
