The Bank brought the action as a foreclosure suit and to obtain a deficiency judgment. Defendants prevailed on their counterclaims for breach of contract, tortious interference with their franchise agreement, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and bad faith in liquidation of the Weavers collateral. The Court also granted defendants equitable relief. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
